Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging in our website design services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Number of Website Pages:

The standard website package includes the creation of five to six pages, which may include home, about us, services, contact, and other relevant pages. Up to three blog or post pages are also included for sharing content and updates.

2. Additional Page Charges:

Any additional pages beyond the standard package will incur an extra charge of ₹500 per page. The client will be informed of the additional cost before the creation of any extra pages.

3. Additional Features:

Additional features such as online shopping functionality, booking systems, or payment integration can be added to the website at an extra charge. The cost for integrating these features will be provided to the client upon request, based on the specific requirements.

4. Customization and Revisions:

Minor revisions to the website design are included in the package. However, major revisions or significant changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, subject to mutual agreement.

5. Payment Terms:

The client agrees to pay 50% of the total project cost as an advance payment before the commencement of the website design work. The remaining 50% of the total project cost shall be payable upon completion and approval of the website design.

6. Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation by the client after the commencement of the website design work, the advance payment will be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property Rights:

Upon full payment and completion of the project, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the website design. Until full payment is received, all design elements remain the property of the service provider.
